Should you wish to use our services you will require the following information:
- Full details of the directors – Clear copy of ID, residential, business and postal address, occupation and cellular phone number
- Registered address of the business – Both a physical and postal address
- Financial year-end of the business Usually February
Once you have the abovementioned information you must click next below, this will take you through the registration process. On completion of the questionnaire you will receive confirmation of your application. We will then prepare all the documentation for you and you will be required to either sign a limited power of attorney or the actual documents, dependent on your preference. We will then register the company on your behalf and provide you with the registered documents.
This can all be done remotely and you are not required to come to our offices.
